Tim is the director of Crystallize Consulting, and an Executive and Leadership Coach with over 2,500 hours of coaching experience across a wide range of industry

What I Believe

I believe that real, meaningful change starts with a high-quality conversation. As a coach, I create a confidential

space where clients feel safe to think out loud, challenge old habits, and explore new ways of leading without

fear of judgement. I’ll respectfully listening to what clients think, feel, and want to share rather than what I think

I want to hear. It’s about trust, honesty, and curiosity, with just the right mix of support and stretch.

My coaching style is grounded, collaborative, and backed by solid psychological and behavioural science. I draw

on a range of evidence-based approaches to help build insight, shift mindsets, and experiment with practical

changes that stick. Whether we’re working through complex interpersonal dynamics, navigating change, or

sharpening leadership behaviours, I tailor each coaching journey to the individual client. Together we start by

aligning on what matters most; goals, expectations, and outcomes, then move through a process of broadening

perspective, building awareness, and trialing new behaviours in a manner that is “safe to fail”, where risks can

be taken without serious negative consequences and embedding what works in day-to-day leadership.

I bring a background and qualifications in business and psychology, a strong ethical foundation, and a down-toearth

style. Clients often say they appreciate my mix of calm presence, straight talk, and thoughtful challenge.

At the end of the day, coaching with me is about helping you lead with more clarity, impact, and authenticity

while making the complex feel a little more manageable and the path forward a whole lot clearer.

Tim Sprague holds master’s qualifications in Coaching Psychology and Commerce, a BSc, and a Dip Ed. He is also a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Tim has worked on Executive Teams as HR director.  His coaching approach is eclectic, creative, and evidence based.  His focus is supportive, and client centred.  He also consults on the design of organisational programs focusing on capability development.

Rachel holds master’s qualifications in both Organisational Psychology and Psychotherapy and applies a unique combination of these two disciplines to her coaching practices and wider consulting.  Her focus is upon supporting senior executives to manage their success through increased self-awareness, enhanced working relationships, optimal resilience, and reduced stress. Rachel is also a regular speaker and contributor to professional development programmes.  She facilitates, speaks, and writes on matters relating to leadership, performance, career, and workplace wellbeing.

Ian holds master’s qualifications in Coaching Psychology and Business, graduate diplomas in Psychology and HR, and a BEng. Ian genuinely aims to invest of himself in helping others grow and reach their full potential. Central to his approach is the belief that shifts in performance and behaviour, and the creation of new behavioural capability and habits, are at the heart of all organisational and personal development.
